Can I buy more awesome stuff at crowdfunding pricing?

Of course you can! When you’re done with your survey you will be presented with a screen that looks like a normal online store. Here you can choose from the other items related to our campaign and go bananas. Prices are as low as they’ll ever be, so take advantage of this - we made it for you!

How does the add-on system work?

Add whatever extra items you want to your reward. If the amount exceeds your initial pledge, you can just pay the difference via credit card/debit card on a secured checkout page on the last page of the survey.

In some situations, if you pledged more money than the actual reward (plus shipping), then you’ll see a credit being displayed on the left hand side. When you add more items to your reward this credit will subsequently decrease. If your credit goes down to zero and you add even more items you’ll be asked to provide additional payment. When you’re finished, just input your card details and you’re done!

Which shipment service are you using? Can I track my shipment?

We will be using bulk air shipping + national postal service. A unique tracking number is issued for each parcel. Depending on the country of delivery, the tracking number may be updated only once the parcel has entered the country.

No. We don’t have an express shipment option available for this campaign.

I’m about to move, what address should I use?

Just input the address where you’ll be for the month of October. If you need to change it later before we actually start shipping, just email us on support.

Can I change my survey after I submit it?

Yes until September 30th. Just follow the link to the survey and you’ll be able to change everything. You can change your shipping address, your pledge options or the selected add-ons. When we’re ready to ship we’ll start freezing the information so we can start sending this through our systems and get you your order. We’ll let you know when we’re getting ready to do this so you’ll know and have one last go at getting these spectacular products at the great Kickstarter discount.

Great! As soon as we’ve received all the answers and closed the survey, we’ll start preparing orders. Once this is completed, we’ll send you a shipment notification email with your tracking number. In the meantime, just be awesome and carry on.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
